1) The Program is managed and operated by Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd.
2) To avail the benefits of the Wallet, DailyGrowcer Wallet should be used as the payment mode.
3) Only one wallet can be used on a single invoice.
4)The DailyGrowcer Bonus program is applicable only to customer shopping at DailyGrowcer App/Web only.
5) The DailyGrowcer wallet member needs to load either an amount of Rs 5,000 or Rs 10,000 which will be credited in the Wallet. Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd. will add an amount of Rs 1,000 or 2,000 respectively as a cashback Bonus in the wallet.
6) Members can use Rs 1,000/- every calendar month for a period of 6 months or 12 months, basis the amount loaded via the DailyGrowcer Bonus program.
7) DailyGrowcer Bonus membership is non-transferable, and amount deposited is non- negotiable and non-redeemable by cash.
8) Disqualification of a DailyGrowcer Bonus member, arising out of their misconduct, fraud and misuse of DailyGrowcer Bonus or act in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances may result in immediate termination of DailyGrowcer Bonus membership and cancellation of all benefits. Any DailyGrowcer Bonus member so disqualified shall not be entitled to avail of Program Benefits after such disqualification.
9) Farm2Retail Agro Pvt Ltd shall reserve the right to offer the Program by invitation to any Prospective DailyGrowcer Bonus members as it may deem fit. Membership to the Program is at the sole discretion of Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd. and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons.
10) Unused wallet amount in a particular month will be carried forward to the next month.
11) However, unused Reward/ Bonus cashback will NOT be carried forward to next month. Cashback Bonus amount valid for 1 calendar month only &expires at the end of every month.
12) The Bonus amount is non-refundable.
13) Usage of DailyGrowcer Bonus card cannot be clubbed with any other benefits issued by Farm2Retail Agro Pvt Ltd., through other program/offers.
14) The DailyGrowcer Bonus/Wallet member agrees that by using the DailyGrowcer Bonus/Wallet, he/she has read and understood the term and condition of program and confirm that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified by Farm2Retail Agro Pvt.Ltd. from time to time.
15)Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.
16) Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately.
17) In case of any dispute, the decision of Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd., Farm2Retail Agro Pvt. Ltd., shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
18) Eligibility to earn cashback Bonus will be at the discretion of the company.
19) The cashback amount is subject to change without prior intimation.
